Agreements that deviate from these terms and conditions require written confirmation by Unitshop.ch
Contract:
The customer's order is carried out by an order on www.unitshop.ch
With the order, the customer accepts this general terms and conditions.
Payment and prices:
All prices are exclusive of shipping. Postage and packing are extra. Payment by credit card via a secure encrypted connection from PayPal. If individual items are no longer available, we will refund the excess amount paid.
Shipping:
The shipment usually takes place via the Swiss Post. Manufacturers and suppliers reserve the right to handle the delivery with a different shipping method.
Warranty:
The warranty is governed by the law. Unitshop does not guarantee that certain products (regarding color, make, and model) exactly correspond to the pictures shown. For questions about materials, sizes, quality, colors, etc. please contact us before ordering. A withdrawal on that ground is excluded!
Deficiencies:
If there are defects, the buyer must notify them within five working days using the contact form on www.unitshop.ch. The period begins with the delivery of the goods. The buyer bears the risk of a return.
Disclaimer:
If the buyer is in default of acceptance may Unitshop.ch the case due to deposit at the risk and expense of the buyer and is released from his debt. In default of acceptance Unitshop.ch can sell the thing back or otherwise. The purchaser is fully liable to pay for the damage and needs compensation.
Determination:
If parts of this terms becomes invalid, they are replaced by the current laws of Switzerland. Jurisdiction is Zurich.
